Sultan Muhammad Al Fatih and the Liberation of Constantinople

Following on from our successful presentations “Jerusalem Then and Now: What the Umari Treaty Teaches Us Today” and “Jerusalem Then and Now: What Salahuddin’s Liberation Teaches Us Today”, join us for an inspiring family presentation exploring the remarkable life of Sultan Muhammad Al Fatih and the liberation of Constantinople in 1453.

Together, we will reflect on one of the most significant moments in Islamic history—the fulfilment of the Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ glad tidings concerning the conquest of Constantinople. We will explore the character, vision and leadership of Sultan Muhammad Al Fatih, and consider the timeless lessons of faith, preparation, perseverance and reliance upon Allah that continue to inspire Muslims today.

This gathering is an opportunity to reconnect with our rich Islamic heritage, deepen our understanding of a defining chapter in Islamic civilisation, and reflect on what it teaches us about leadership, unity and striving for excellence in our own time.
